Unless I make special arrangements with you, payment online is processed by Paypal and totally secure. In most countries you do not need a Paypal account. You may pay direct with a credit or debit card. However PayPal will offer you the option of creating an account.
VAT & Duties
I am not registered for VAT. You are not charged VAT on any purchases. For customers outside Thailand, it is possible that the customs department in your own country may charge VAT and/or import duty on purchases from overseas. Unfortunately I have no control over this and cannot be liable for these costs. I do not normally mark envelopes with the contents as I find this improves the speed and reliability of delivery in the vast majority of cases ("Contents: DVD" can attract thieves). Packaged DVDs are lightweight and compact and typically reach their destination as would an air-mailed letter.
Delivery of Products
I undertake to despatch products as promptly as possible. Very occasionally I may not receive an order for a few days if I am without email access. DVDs and Blu-ray discs are normally sent by regular air-mail services, normally from Thailand, within two business days of receipt of the order. I have no control over how quickly the products will be delivered after I have sent them, but they typically arrive within two weeks of order. Delivery may take longer to remote destinations. I do not normally register deliveries as this may create an inconvience for you, for example if you are not available to take receipt of the delivery and subsequently have to visit a post office to collect. Courier and express services are prohibitively expensive for regular orders but if you require a product quickly I can deliver by courier at an extra charge. Please contact me for a quotation.
Warranty of Products
All products sold by me are individually tested for correct function. If your product ceases to function correctly within one year of receipt, please send it back to me and I will test it on a variety of typical playback equipment (e.g. multiple DVD players and DVD-ROM drives). If the product is shown to be defective I will issue a replacement. If the product is not defective on my equipment, the problem may lie with the compatibility of your own playback equipment and I will discuss possible solutions with you. If my product is found to be incompatible with reasonably standard playback equipment, I will issue a refund by a similar means to that in which you paid (e.g. Paypal).
